Statement of Health and Safety Policy
It is the policy of KM Lynskey to comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) S.I. No 299 Regulations 2007, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) S.I. No 504 Regulations 2006, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) S.I. No 291 Regulations 2013 and any other legislation that is relevant to any works carried out by the Company.
The purpose of this Safety Statement is to identify hazards and assess risks to specify control measures with a view to avoiding accidents and dangerous occurrences in the workplace.
It is the intention of KM Lynskey to bring this Safety Statement to the attention of all employees (full time and part time) and any sub contractors, and any representations made by employees will be included in this document and in particular those made by employees on site where the majority of hazards appear. The safety statement will be amended as necessary, where new hazards are identified and where work practices dictate.
All employees and sub contractors will be expected to comply with the Policies and Procedures set out in the Safety Statement and to facilitate KM Lynskey in providing a safe place to work.
