The works consisted of traditional construction methods with brick and render facades, trussed and tiled roofs, triple glazed windows. The mechanical and electrical package was to a high level, incorporating PV panels, high efficiency boilers and DCV systems.  The development complies with HPI Certification, with a very high standard of finishes.
The site-works included the construction of footpaths, roads, car parking spaces, street lighting, ducting for utilities, formation of new connections to existing public foul and surface water drainage, and existing utilities.
