    The project involved the conversion of an open plan 2700m² high bay warehouse building into a State of the Art modern Food processing facility with associated two storey ancillary office space. The works also included the installation of new mezzanine floor over the production  area for the staff welfare facilities while two annex building extension were constructed to the front and side elevation of the building. The works consisted of the removal and reinstating of concrete floor slabs, drainage, gullies and popups, foundation for a new mezzanine structure and new support columns to strengthen the existing roof trusses. The floors were covered with a resin flooring and the production room was built with Kingspan Sandwich panels for wall & ceiling for walk on access above for services installations.  New changing rooms, toilets, canteen and gowning area were built on the mezzanine. Areas were finished in Whiterock Walls and resin floors. As the construction progressed and the design developed, changes were accommodated and included in the works programme.
