    The Presentation College complex at Putland Road in Bray consisted of a series of school buildings dating from the 1950’s onwards. Works to the existing buildings included general refurbishment including upgrading of services, new windows, Air Tightness, Insulation and finishes as well as demolitions of some buildings including asbestos survey and removal. The complex was expanded with the construction of a new school comprising a new three-storey building and adjoining single storey lean to containing general classrooms, specialists teaching areas and ancillary accommodation. Alongside this new school was added a new single storey sports hall with adjoining ancillary accommodation. The project also included a new access road, 5 new external all weather playing courts, permanent staff car park for 40 spaces, visitor car park for 12 spaces, as well as all associated site works, drainage and extensive landscaping. All works to new and existing buildings were carried out cooperatively and efficiently in a live environment of over 600 students and staff.
